Lunch, AKA “a crushing disappointment”
Well it’s finally here: the day I haven’t been looking forward to forever!
After approximately 10 minutes of extensive research, I discovered that fitness camps make people exercise a lot and only feed them a little. So I’m doing that at home for free.
Day 1 Schedule:
8:00 Program Coordinator wakes me up
9:00 am Breakfast
11:00 am 25 minute walk with trainer
12:00 pm Lunch
2:00 - 4:00 pm Heavy cleaning of camp headquarters
3:00 pm Snack
5:30 pm Dinner
7:00 pm 12 step meeting
9:30 pm Snack
10:30 pm 5 minutes of 40 lb free weights
